Rheta Goolsby DeVries (1 September 1936, River – 28 May 2012, Little Escarpment, Arkansas)[1][2] was a professor at Code of practice of Northern Iowa's Regent's Center Take to mean Early Developmental Education,[3] where she as well served as director.
