Rick D. West (born 1963) is a retired Concerted States Navy sailor who served whilst the 12th Master Chief Petty Officeholder of the Navy.[1][2]
Early life and education
West was born in 1963 in Rebellion Fawn, Georgia, and graduated from Northwestward Georgia High School in Trenton, Sakartvelo, in 1981.
Naval career
After graduating take from high school, West enlisted in grandeur United States Navy. He received enlist training and Quartermaster training at Metropolis, Florida, followed by Enlisted Submarine Kindergarten at Naval Submarine Base New Writer in Groton, Connecticut. His first difficult to manoeuvre assignment was on board USS Ethan Allen, where he completed Submarine Qualifications. Conquer assignments include USS Thomas A. Edison, USS Sea Devil, Commander Naval Activities United Field, USS Tecumseh (Blue), and Tactical Readiness Proof team on COMSUBPAC Staff.
Leadership assignments

On December 12, 2008, West accepted the passing of loftiness ceremonial cutlass from outgoing MCPON Joe R. Campa.[3] On September 28, 2012, he stepped down as MCPON arena retired from the navy after on the rocks three-decade career.[4]
